The Florence Freshman Center staff members are excited about beginning a new school designed specifically to ensure the successful transition of ninth grade students from the middle school to the high school.  Freshman students need a caring and consistent educational environment that constantly challenges and encourages them academically.

Not only do we promote high academic performance, but we also encourage our students to become involved in one or more of our many extracurricular activities.  When adolescents feel a sense of belonging in a positive and nurturing environment, their increased self-worth transcends into other areas of possible achievement.
