IXL is an immersive K-12 learning experience that provides comprehensive, Alabama standards-aligned content to students of Florence City Schools for Mathematics and Language Arts.  Students are able to learn key concepts through exploration; gradually unlocking another level to receive awards, hidden treasures, and prizes.


Social Studies Techbook is an electronic textbook that provides interactive digital content for middle and secondary students in Social Studies and History courses. Science Techbook is an electronic textbook that provides interactive digital content for middle and secondary students in Social Studies and History courses. Discovery Streaming Plus provides thousands of standards-aligned digital resources including multimedia activites, videos, skill builders, writing prompts, virtual field trips, articles, model lessons and more.

Stride Academy provides students the opportunity to learn and master skills through personalized, digital game-based learning.  Through “gamification” of standards, students are deeply engaged in accelerated learning paths. BrainPop provides engaging learning games, animated movies, and activities that simplify difficult concepts for enhanced student learning and understanding of content.  Content includes standards in areas including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics), Social Studies, English, Health, Arts, and Music. BrainPop Jr., specifically designed to engage students in Kindergarten through Grade 3, provides engaging learning games, animated movies, and activities that simplify difficult concepts for enhanced student learning and understanding of content.  Content includes standards in areas including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics), Social Studies, English, Health, Arts, and Music.
     
   
Renaissance Learning provides student motivation to engage in reading.  Students can take short Accelerated Reader (AR) quizzes based upon books that have been read in order to gain points.
