Dr. Jason Morgan (FMS)

My name is Jason Morgan. I began teaching at Florence Middle School and have taught at FMS for 15 years. I earned my Ph.D. in Career Technical Education from Auburn University in 2015. I have a wife, Brooke, and five children. I enjoy spending time with my wife and children when I am not teaching. My love for teaching comes from my efforts in making a positive difference in the lives of my students.

Career and Technical Student Organization

  • The Technology Student Association (TSA) is an integral part of the Automation and Robotics and STEM Technologies program at FMS, FFC, and FHS.  TSA promotes leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. TSA class officers are elected for each period of the day. Officers positions include: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Reporter, Historian, Treasurer, and Sergeant-At-Arms. Students complete co-curricular projects. Dragsters, Architectural Designs, and Robots are used in various TSA competitions. TSA members have the opportunity to go to the TSA State Conference to compete against other TSA members from across the state. State winners advance to the national competition located at the TSA National Conference. There is a $15 TSA membership fee in order to join TSA.  Technology Student Association - Wikipedia
