I am originally from Tennessee.  I moved to Alabama in 2018. I am married to Kyle and we have one daughter. I have a bachelor's degree in Education from Freed-Hardeman University, a Masters' degree from Union University & I also completed a Montessori Early Childhood certificate program.

I have had the pleasure of teaching Kindergarten, First Grade and Fourth Grade. I also served as a Reading teacher for grades K-4 and a teacher support coach for my schools in Tennessee. I now teach Kindergarten at FHES.
