Originally from Savannah, TN and moved to Florence Alabama to attend the University of North Alabama. I have been married for 20 years and have one son.

I have the privelage of teaching Medical Science teacher at Florence HIgh School.

I have been teaching Medical Science for 11 years and been a member of the Falcon Family for 4 years.

I love being able to connect with students that are intereseted in pursuing a career in healthcare. Prior to teaching, I received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama and Master's of Science in Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of Alabama Huntsville.

My experience in healthcare has been in Critical Care, Emergency Department, and Clinical Nurse Educator.

Helping students find their passion in healthcare is the most rewarding.
