Students in grades 2nd-8th will participate in the Alabama Comprehensive Assessment Program (ACAP) Summative. The assessment consists of the following: 

• Math and English Language Arts grades 2nd-8th
• Writing grades 4th-8th 
• Science grades 4,6, and 8
• The assessment purpose is to provide a baseline for 3rd-grade growth
• Online assessment
• Test items are aligned with the Alabama Course of Study
