Device Repairs

  • Device Repairs (broken screens, accidental spills, charging issues, etc.)

    • Grades 7-12
      • Virtual students
        • Call the school office in which you are enrolled and let them know you need your device repaired.  Students will complete device repairs at the school in which the child is enrolled.
        • Schedule a time to exchange damaged device for a working device. (next-day service available)
        • Arrive at school office at scheduled time to exchange device.
      • Traditional students – On your Silver/Blue Team days, you will visit the onsite school Technology Team member (in the Media Center) for repairs
    • Grades 5-6
      • Traditional students and Virtual students in Pathways 1, 2, and 3 will complete device repairs at the school in which the child is enrolled.
      • Virtual students
        • Call the school office in which you are enrolled and let them know you need your device repaired.
        • Schedule a time to exchange damaged device for a working device. (next-day service available)
        • Arrive at school office at scheduled time to exchange device.
      • Pathway 4 Virtual students will complete device repairs at the FCS Technology & PD Center, where bi-weekly classes are held.
      • Traditional students – You will visit the onsite school Technology Team member (in the Media Center) for repairs
    • Grades PK-4
      • Pathway 1, 2, and 3 Virtual students will complete device repairs at the school in which the child is enrolled.
      • Pathway 4 Virtual students will complete device repairs at the FCS Technology & PD Center, where bi-weekly classes are held.
      • Traditional students – Teachers will complete any necessary Technology tickets for device repair.
