I am blessed to be teaching 1st grade at Forest Hills. I was born and raised in Lauderdale County.  I have lived in NC, TX, TN, and GA as an adult.
I hold a Master's in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and an Education Administration Principal Certification from Tarleton State University. I have taught grades 1, 2, 3, 5 and served as a Campus Instructional Specialist.
My daughter is a graduate of the Capstone College of Nursing from the University of Alabama. She is currently an ER nurse in Pensacola, Fl.  My son is in 6th grade at Hibbett. I'm excited about being back home in Alabama and teaching at Florence City Schools.
