Hello! My name is Carrie Almon. I am a First Grade teacher here at Forest Hills. My husband, Andrew, and I are from Florence. I enjoy serving the community that I love. We both played sports at UNA (Roar Lions!). I ran cross country and he played baseball. We have two children, Ian (6) and Ruby Drew (4). I have 8 years of elementary education experience. I have taught 2nd, 5th, and 1st grade in multiple districts across the state. We are a house divided (Roll Tide!), but love to watch football in the fall! I love all sports and spending time outdoors with my family. I am excited about instilling a love of learning within your child! Go Falcons!
