I was born and raised in Longview, Texas. Alabama became home in 2007. I received my bachelor's degree at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas. 

This is my fourth year at Forest Hills and my third year as a 2nd grade teacher. 

I have six children that keep me quite busy. In my free time you will likely find me on a tennis court or reading a book!
