Mrs. Butte is from Hanceville, AL, and a graduate of Holly Pond High School. She graduated with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Music Education from The University of North Alabama. While at UNA, she performed with The Pride of Dixie Marching Band, and the UNA Concert Band. She was also a member of Tau Beta Sigma, an honorary band service sorority. 

Mrs. Butte began her teaching career in 1999, teaching at Corinth Jr. and Senior High Schools in Corinth, MS; David Crockett Elementary School in Lawrenceburg, TN; Hamilton High School in Hamilton, AL; and Webster and Highland Park Elementary Schools in Muscle Shoals, AL before coming to Forest Hills Elementary School. 

Mrs. Butte has taught years of private lessons, band camps, and small group rehearsals. She now resides in Muscle Shoals, AL with her husband, Jeremy, and their three beautiful children, Lauren, Samuel, and Liberty.
