My name is Lauren Rasco and I teach fourth grade at Forest Hills Elementary. I am excited to begin my 11th year of teaching here in Florence. 

I am from Columbiana, Alabama and recently moved to Florence this summer. I graduated from the University of Montevallo in 2014 with my degree in Elementary Education. I earned my Master's degree in English for Speakers of Other Languages from Auburn University and my Education Specialist degree in Collaborative Special Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

My goal this year is to inspire my students to love learning. I want them to love learning and to know they are capable of doing hard things!
