Florence's Coach Heath Lovell selected for 2025 North-South All-Star Softball Game

FLORENCE, Ala. — Florence High School will be represented at the 29th annual North-South All-Star Softball Game, part of Alabama's All-Star Sports Week, set to take place July 23, 2025, in Montgomery.

Florence High Head Softball Coach Heath Lovell was selected by the Alabama High School Athletic Directors and Coaches Association (AHSADCA) to serve as a coach for the North team. The annual event showcases top talent from across the state and recognizes outstanding achievements in high school athletics.

"This is a very prestigious honor, and I am very proud and grateful to represent Florence City Schools and the North Region during All-Star Week this year," Coach Lovell said. "I hope to make each participant's experience a positive and memorable one."

The All-Star Sports Week brings together elite athletes and coaches in multiple sports, providing a platform for recognition and competition while fostering camaraderie among schools across Alabama.
