  • The Florence City Schools Child Nutrition Program is an integral part of our educational system. More than 5000 meals nutritious, well-balanced meals are served by our professional staff each day to students, faculty members and visitors. Menus are planned to incorporate the USDA dietary guidelines, which include offering fruits and vegetables daily.

     

    Florence City Schools will be operating under the USDA’s Community Eligibility Provision(CEP) program for the 24/25 school year on all campuses. All students will have access to breakfast and lunch at no cost to you!

  • The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires all School Meal Program sponsors to collect race and ethnicity data of applicants and participants.

    1. The purpose of collecting racial and ethnic data is to determine how effectively School Meal Programs are reaching potentially eligible students.
    2. Provision of this data is voluntary.
    3. Responses are kept confidential.
    4. Responses have no effect on eligibility

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
