FLORENCE, Ala. — On Monday, January 27, the Florence High School Launch Program hosted its annual Student Recognition Dinner, celebrating the achievements and dedication of students participating in this unique educational initiative.

The Launch Program allows students to gain real-world experience in a career field of interest while integrating professional development into their academic schedules. Participants engage in regular professional skills classes and benefit from networking opportunities throughout the program. Juniors and seniors can apply for the program, with candidates selected after a competitive interview.
