PITTSBURGH – The Florence Academy of Fine Arts (FAFA) Dance Company received recognition at the National High School Dance Festival at Point Park University.

Senior Macy Goss’ “11:33” choreography was selected for performance during the event. The FAFA Dance Company also received 51 callbacks from colleges and universities.

Junior Tucker Riddle was awarded a scholarship to Point Park University’s Summer Dance Intensive.

In addition to their performances and auditions, students had the opportunity to watch the professional dance company Body Traffic and attend showcases featuring some of the nation’s top performing arts high schools.
